I have been attending Super Fitness for a good few years and I can honestly say I have never had a single repetition of a fitness session.
The trainers think carefully about all participants and ensure the sessions are adapted for all abilities, shapes and sizes.
You want to get fit and make new friends you need look no further.
The name says it all so come along and give it a go.
I've been doing the bootcamp for about 2 years now & I love it! I love exercising outdoors & don't think I could ever go back to a gym now. The sessions are different every time you go which keeps it interesting & the people that go are lovely too.
I started at superb after having my baby and wanted to get back in shape but not have to go to a gym. It's the best thing I have done. Great people, great trainers, great sessions.

I have tried other forms of exercise but haven't stuck to them for long due to not having much self determination!!!! So that says it all about superb fitness as I've stuck at it for 3 years and still enjoy going (sort of ha ha!) the various groups make it for everybody's taste, I go to have fun and a laugh or if your a serious athlete it's for you to, no matter what your ability is, shape or size you must give this a try!
