Superb Fitness UK offers a unique and fun atmosphere in which to reach your personal fitness goals. Catering for beginners, intermediates, advanced, and elite fitness enthusiasts, our fitness and exercise classes take place outside, helping to keep participants challenged and motivated.

Beginners

New or returning to exercise after a break, injury or pregnancy.

Intermediate

Exercises at least twice a week. Seeking better results.

Advance

Exercises at least 4 times a week. Loves to be challenged, seeking elite status!

Elite

Exercises daily. Not for the faint hearted…

Varied Fitness Sessions – Keeping Things Interesting!

Our fitness sessions include functional training, body weight training, core strengthening, boxercise, and partner workouts. Each session is completely different while maintaining the right focus. It's also great to measure your fitness from time to time so at Superb Fitness UK, we test you every eight to ten weeks to positively reinforce progress and determine when you are ready for the next level. Please download our Health Questionnaire and bring it with you to the park of your choice.

Bootcamp Locations

Our sessions take place at two separate Nottingham locations.

At Bramcote Hills Park on Monday and Wednesday between 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We meet in the car park next to the playground.

At the Hook, Lady Bay (opposite the Rugby Club) on Tuesday and Thursday between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
We meet in the car park next to the skate park.

Had a hard session today with the sun doing a 10-1 circuit with lunges, alt-thrusters, crunches, star jumps then burpees then a few hill reps. Must say great effort from the girls today😊 well done 👏🏻

So the rain held off enough for us to have a blast on the reducing EMOM routine. We started off with 5 mins of cardio followed by 5 mins of an EMOM routine. It was then 4 mins cardio and 4 mins EMOM.....all the way to 1 min.

Fantastic turnout and effort tonight on the cardio conditioning routine at the Hills this evening.

Burpees, power bag rows, sit up press, sumo squat walks and shoulder press combined with a few shuttles made up the main session. Then it was onto a lower limb and Ab blast to finish off!

A big welcome to our new ladies Jo, Amanda and Louise, hope you enjoyed the sesh!

10 rounds of powerbag presses, shuttles, press ups and burpees followed by a partner ab blast to round off a brilliant morning.

It was very close to raincoat weather tonight for the Hills Crew. We waited long enough but we finally managed to squeeze in a fitness test and some really good scores tonight despite the weather.
We welcome Anthony for his first session with us and he made an instant impact, as did Sue who’s returned from some well earned rest 😉👍🏾. Well done!

A toughie tonight at the Hook with pyramid 4 circuits and some hills runs thrown in for good measure.

There was nowhere to hide in the routine as you had burpees, overhead squats, chest press, goblet squat press, dips, squat press etc

To top it all off we added a Superb Tabata at the end.....ouch! Great session team!

What a fantastic session tonight for the Hills Crew. It proved to be a challenging EMOM routine with a 450m bike sprint, bear crawls, goblet squat press, pull ups, bench sits etc.

It was a case of dodge the puddle (or river in one case) on a scenic tour of the Trent with some fartlek thrown in to get the heart rates up.

Great effort by all even if it was your first time running for a while.

Nice effort on the Easter conditioning routine this morning. You were well and truly tested especially on the box jump burpees and the 5km bike.Bit on the quiet side today as the Easter festivities are on but even Izzy got in on the press up action.

Well tonight changed to superb running club.

Working run on the go tonight some tired faces when we finished but 100% effort went into the run.

Hills, sprints, hill reps, step races, squats, press ups, car park press up circle and a dog for company.

Couldn’t of asked for anymore team well earned treat this evening keep it up 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️

Quite one at the winter venue tonight but we still enjoyed a top EMOM routine. 4 stations, 4 minutes on each station then round 2 with 3 minutes on each!
