Varied Fitness Sessions – Keeping Things Interesting!
Our fitness sessions include functional training, body weight training, core strengthening, boxercise, and partner workouts. Each session is completely different while maintaining the right focus. It's also great to measure your fitness from time to time so at Superb Fitness UK, we test you every eight to ten weeks to positively reinforce progress and determine when you are ready for the next level. Please download our Health Questionnaire and bring it with you to the park of your choice.

Our sessions take place at two separate Nottingham locations.
At Bramcote Hills Park on Monday and Wednesday between 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We meet in the car park next to the playground.
At the Hook, Lady Bay (opposite the Rugby Club) on Tuesday and Thursday between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
We meet in the car park next to the skate park.
