Fitness Bootcamp Nottingham - Working Towards A Shared Goal

Superb Fitness UK aims to get people of all fitness levels outdoors and training in parks while being motivated and encouraged by highly trained instructors. Although many customers refer to us as a “Fitness Bootcamp”, our sessions are never intimidating, but fun and effective!

Each fitness session lasts for one hour, and you will be working together in teams participating in core stability training, boxercise, strength and conditioning training, partner exercises and much more. We have expertise in training professional sports teams and elite military personnel and utilise this to help you achieve your fitness goals…

Group Training

Take motivation from those around you with our varied workout sessions, tailored to get you in the best shape of your life. Sessions are available six days a week and each one is different. We keep you guessing and coming back for more!

Our personal training sessions are carried out by an experienced and accredited professional, so you know your workouts will be tailored to help you reach your fitness goals.

Rehabilitation

Recovering from an injury can be a long and arduous process but with our comprehensive and well-structured rehabilitation programme, we aim to make this process varied and interactive.

Superb Fitness UK was founded by Calberth 'Charlie' Charles as an alternative form of group-based fitness training to gyms in Nottingham. With more than 15 years' experience in top-level sports, injury prevention, nutrition and rehabilitation, we offer an all-round package to meet your goals. Specialising in outdoor fitness classes in Nottingham, our sessions are tailored to get you in the best shape of your life within a short period of time. Group Bonding / Adventure Days

We also organise Adventure Days where our Bootcamp members have the opportunity to participate in rock climbing, raft building, canoeing and kayaking to name just a few. We also run social events for our members to meet and interact with each other away from the dirt, grass and mud and just unwind!
