Fitness Bootcamp Nottingham - Working Towards A Shared Goal

Superb Fitness UK aims to get people of all fitness levels outdoors and training in parks while being motivated and encouraged by highly trained instructors. Although many customers refer to us as a β€œFitness Bootcamp”, our sessions are never intimidating, but fun and effective!

Each fitness session lasts for one hour, and you will be working together in teams participating in core stability training, boxercise, strength and conditioning training, partner exercises and much more. We have expertise in training professional sports teams and elite military personnel and utilise this to help you achieve your fitness goals…

Group Training
Sessions

Take motivation from those around you with our varied workout sessions, tailored to get you in the best shape of your life. Sessions are available six days a week and each one is different. We keep you guessing and coming back for more!

Our personal training sessions are carried out by an experienced and accredited professional, so you know your workouts will be tailored to help you reach your fitness goals.

Injury
Rehabilitation

Recovering from an injury can be a long and arduous process but with our comprehensive and well-structured rehabilitation programme, we aim to make this process varied and interactive.

With more than 15 years' experience in top-level sports, injury prevention, nutrition and rehabilitation, we offer an all-round package to meet your goals. Specialising in outdoor fitness classes in Nottingham, our sessions are tailored to get you in the best shape of your life within a short period of time. Group Bonding / Adventure Days

We also organise Adventure Days where our Bootcamp members have the opportunity to participate in rock climbing, raft building, canoeing and kayaking to name just a few. We also run social events for our members to meet and interact with each other away from the dirt, grass and mud and just unwind!

Abs and arms down at the hook tonight with a delightful evening of partner rounds plus exercises to get the burn started.

Just to mix it it up we had a go of tug o war training drills and because we had so many newbies who have never done it before we finished off with bring Sally up.

Another top turnout tonight up at the hills, we started with a cheeky warm up on the hill with a few methods of travel 😳
Then we went into the partner circuit, 30 secs of cardio and 30 secs on the equipment.
Yet again top effort from all πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

Good effort tonight team on the clock circuit.

12 stations 12 shuttles 12 different exercise 3 mins on each station. Exercises included where sit up press, press ups, burpees, kettle bell swings and many more.

Great effort tonight on the 3 round timed arm overload.

Fantastic work, with a little bit of everything thing thrown in. We had boxing , rope work, CrossFit and even a little bit of strong man with the farmers walk.

Proper old school partner ladder circuit with equipment overloading those muscles.
Great effort from all lots of hard work put in, finished off with some beat your partner Abs 1 min on 1 min off ouch !!!

Tidy TRX session tonight for the troops at the Hook.

7 reps of some tough exercises AMRAP to be completed in 7 mins.

Then it was onto a partner routine featuring a classic leg burner. Tough one for our new guys Ian and Nick tonight but hope you still enjoyed it.

Yet another superb sesh and superb effort by all!

3 cardio elements in bike, rower and shuttle runs then it was onto 5 mins of EMOM press ups, box jumps and burpees then changed to 4 mins of crunches, squat press and jump squats.

Awesome effort team, it surely got the heart and lungs going!
