Fitness Bootcamp Nottingham - Working Towards A Shared Goal

Superb Fitness UK aims to get people of all fitness levels outdoors and training in parks while being motivated and encouraged by highly trained instructors. Although many customers refer to us as a β€œFitness Bootcamp”, our sessions are never intimidating, but fun and effective!

Each fitness session lasts for one hour, and you will be working together in teams participating in core stability training, boxercise, strength and conditioning training, partner exercises and much more. We have expertise in training professional sports teams and elite military personnel and utilise this to help you achieve your fitness goals…

Our personal training sessions are carried out by an experienced and accredited professional, so you know your workouts will be tailored to help you reach your fitness goals.

Injury
Rehabilitation

Recovering from an injury can be a long and arduous process but with our comprehensive and well-structured rehabilitation programme, we aim to make this process varied and interactive.

Group Bonding / Adventure Days

We also organise Adventure Days where our Bootcamp members have the opportunity to participate in rock climbing, raft building, canoeing and kayaking to name just a few. We also run social events for our members to meet and interact with each other away from the dirt, grass and mud and just unwind!

50 shuttle runs
300 shoulder press
500 toe reaches
200 goblet squats
200 bent over rows

Back with a bang team Hills! A great endurance session tonight featuring bear crawls, hurdle burpees, wood chops and sit up press.

It was then onto partner squat bounds with one partner in the single leg squat hold position....ouch 🀣

Today’s session was a team game with the cards.

The power was in the hands of the teams.

3 teams of 4 and each person had to pick a card and an exercise.
The number on the card denoted how many shuttles each team must do.
Whilst a person shuttles the rest of the team does the chosen exercise.

So all together 12 people 12 exercises and lots of shuttles.

Luckily nobody picked the Joker!

We trialled a new ‘Ring a ring o roses’ Circuit this evening at the Hook.

It featured 6 Stations working for a minute on each with a shuttle run before and after these exercises:

Powrbag bent over rows
Med ball sits
Plate wood chops
Burpees
Bar shoulder press
Kettlebell sumo squats

Then reduced to 30 secs then to 15 secs.

Great effort and a big welcome to David and Odette. Hopefully see you both again soon on another session.

What can I say they just get better and better !!

Another top turnout tonight up at the hills.... it started with a bit of beat your partner circuit 1 min on 1 min rest working for 5 mins only.
Then into the beast 3 rounds of 10 exercises with a little run πŸƒ‍♂️ πŸƒ‍♀️

Partner workout tonight featuring power bag shuttle runs whilst partner 2 does the exercise.

Then same again without power bag.

A really strong effort and everyone worked every minute of a hard session. Well Done!!

Another top turnout tonight up at the hills....

It was all about the 7’s tonight on the
7reps 7rds 7exercises oh and a little jog up a hill between exercises πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

And if that wasn’t enough add in the pyramid ABs at the end of every round.

Top effort from all well done tough one that !!!!

Lovely Tabata session this morning for the team at the Hills. It was 20 on, 10 off for 5 mins. It included:

Press up
Squats
Shoulder press
Lunges

Then........

20m Run
25 lunges
25 squats
25 Burpees
25 half sits
25 wood chops
25 shoulder press
20m Run
Rest
15 of each for second round.

Great effort all!

Hot night with a delightful little bit of HIIT training. As always I like to throw in a few curve balls to make it interesting so we had a few musical numbers and a little bit of catch.

It was a session of 2 half’s strength and conditioning and cardio overload.

Change of exercises depending on the card type and numbers. A few jokers thrown in for some hill runs. Good to see Harley pushing his dad all the way πŸ˜‚.

We brought the cards out tonight for a bit of a different routine. Each suit represented an exercise and then you had to complete the number that was on the card.

We had burpee powerbag press, wood chops, crunches and sit-up press. If you pulled the joker, it meant a sprint to the tree line and back. Another great session and banter to welcome Oli. Top stuff team!

The cardio conditioning session tonight at the Hook really hit the spot. Type pulls, bus drivers, squat press (just to name a few) got us going.

We then had a blast on the partner 3 station routine and finished off on some strength endurance on the bands.

Another session in the bag troops! Great stuff!

3 rows with 3 exercises with the power in your hands to select your reps by way of the card.

What a lovely session at the Hills this evening. We kicked off with a two station, 4 exercise EMOM routine to get the heart and lungs going then finished off with a 1 min muscular endurance featuring 7 exercises.

Great work rate team and remember keep drinking your fluids....no, not that kind Wendels lol.....I mean water πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸΎ

Abs and arms down at the hook tonight with a delightful evening of partner rounds plus exercises to get the burn started.

Just to mix it it up we had a go of tug o war training drills and because we had so many newbies who have never done it before we finished off with bring Sally up.
